Tree Pose
Vrkshasana
"Allowing yourself to sway, to pose, and sometimes to fall, is the essence of the aliveness of Tree Pose."
Press down into both heel bones and rise up from the arches of your feet into the base of your pelvis, feeling the reach of your arms
over your head. Be playful with center as you rise up through your core. Let your breath pour into your body like light. Let your extension rise up and trace the curves of your spine through your
head.
